When I want to install VOC the following message is shown:

Voice of the Customer for Dynamics 365-An error has occurred. Please try again closing the current browser or contact support for assistance. Error ID :: InvalidLCID

Can you help me with this?

    I followed all steps, but when I wanted to manage VOC the installation window is not shown.

    This is the message I got every time:

    If you want to install VOC, you should go to Dynamics 365 administration center portal.

    Please make sure that you have system administrator permission and your process is right.
