How to use custom email template for RFQ (Request for Quotes) replies in Dynamics 365.

We have a custom email template that we'll like to use for RFQ replies. The template is already added in D365 but we are looking for a way to select when sending RFQ reply.

I found this document but the steps there is for AX2012 - (USA) Request quotations online with Sites Services | Microsoft Docs

Kindly share if you have any insight on this
