I'm lokking for a reference on how to integrate a custom chatbot which is built by Python framework with the Omnichannel customer service portal connecting with Live agents .
Would like to know the process of integration and what are the requirements needed.?
Is there any API/Webhook for this integration .
Please share any references/documentation on the same.
