How to automatically track incoming emails

Hi.

I have two problems in tracking emails that I can not solve.

1. For some reason the incoming message is not automatically tracked (see picture) and the user has to click "Track".

2. Even after the user clicks  on "Track" the "Regarding" field  is not been automatically filled and I have to do it manually (see picture) .

Do you have any ideas on what to do?

Unfortunately this did not solve the problem.

I'm still unable to track emails automatically.
