Hi,
I work for an IT company and one of our client's is experiencing an odd issue.
They're using Dynamics 365 and they're trying to post a comment on some Annual Meeting Notes. However, they're experiencing an issue saying that they've exceeded the maximum number of 40000 characters. Only they've only got 22,000 (18,000 without spaces)
I tried to find out if it was a browser issue but every browser I checked had the same issue.
I tried to find out what amount of characters trigger the error message (roughly just under 15,000)
The user says that their colleagues don't have the same issue which suggests it's a problem with his account in particular.
It seems like it's a problem with Dynamics 365 or the user's account in particular but I can't find any results that suggest a fix.
I've attached some pictures of the error message & a character count screenshot. I've had to redact any information of the document of course due to confidentiality.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Noah
Having the same problem for only certain users. Haven't been able to work out what setting may be causing this. Checked the HTML code in the message they are cutting and pasting and that doesn't push it over the character limit either.
