Hi,
How do i forward emails in CRM and also including the attachments that's into the email. Right now the attachments dosen't follow when i forward the email.

I tried to forward an email with attachment in my instance(V9.1 Online) manually and I could receive the attachment both in Dynamics 365 and Outlook.
When your email contains a attachment, you should save it first before sending.
