I am unable to use my keypad NUM Lock function in AX. I can use the numbers on the keyboard above the letters, just not the side keypad.
This function works in every other program, just not AX. The function also shuts off after updates to the system when they do get it working.
Right now, I am with out the keypad function.
Are you running AX client locally on your workstation? Or do you run it via Citrix or some other remote solution, while the other programs (where Num Lock works) you run locally?
AX client itself doesn't know anything about Num Lock or the keyboard, it simply gets the keypresses from the operating system. So most likely something else than AX explains your problem. I would start by trying to identify what's different in the way how you run/launch AX client, compared to other applications where you don't have this problem.
