Hello,

Can you set up a Quality order at the header level of a PO and relate it to multiple POs? For example, an entire trailer of inventory arrives with fulfillment from multiple POs. First the entire trailer needs to pass a quality process before addressing sampling quantity for each item line.

I assume you want D365 to create quality order for multiple purchase orders related to the same container automatically. Quality associations can auto create one quality order per PO but if all POs in a container are from the same vendor, then you will get multiple quality orders, one for every PO in that container. Will that work?

There is also quality check feature available for POs received using warehousing app but you will need to use advanced WMS:

Oleksiy,

I have a similar request, but the trailer may have multiple items and orders. They want one quality order automatically created for the trailer inspection and not the inventory specifically. Is there a better way of completing trailer inspections separate from the inventory? Thanks.
