I have learned more about Social Listening recently at an event and understand it became available in the Spring 2014 release. Is Social Listening under Administration in CRM something myself as the Administrator has to purchase licenses for in Office365 at an additional cost? Or is it simply activating or enabling the environment with no cost besides our monthly CRM license? Our company is on CRM Online 2013 and i have done the "Install Product Update" in the Settings> Administration page.
