If I have users of D365 Sales setup so all Outlook 365 e-mails gets tracked in D365 Sales so all users can see all e-mail sent out to customers.

I have some uses that need to make an e-mail private do to the sensitives information in the e-mail.

How can you make just 1 e-mail private and continue tracking all other e-mails.

Is their a check box you can mark if you want an e-mail private ?

Hello, I think that it is not possible to do specifically what you requested, however I have found the following information that could be useful:

community.dynamics.com/.../untracked-e-mail-in-timeline
stoneridgesoftware.com/.../

Both could be alternatives.
