Impossible to exit journey if condition fails.

Hi,

I'm moving to real time journeys, but i have a simple problem that i cannot solve.

In the outbound journey, if a contact was not submitting a form or didn't click or open an email, we used to end the journey. In that case only those who go in the /YES/ branch keep receiving the emails.

In the REAL TIME journey, the contact keep staying in the journey, and he receives every email even if didn't sumbit the form or didn't open the email. The NO branch has no impact because it is connected to the journey and it continues anyway.
How do you build your journey keeping the OUTBOUND logic ?

I've contacted the MS support and they didn't give me any answer yet about that.
Thanks a lot!
Stefano

    Hi,

You should continue adding tiles after the Yes branch.

    Hi, thanks for you answer!
Yes it can be done for simple journeys, but for multiple branch journey i don't know it is the right way. You have to duplicate tiles for every condition in order to leave the "NO" branch free to exit... it over complicates a journey that was working quite well to me... adding that there's no social media posts anymore the products has been downgraded it seems (but that's another subject!)

    Hi,

You can set up other journey exits using triggers. When the trigger is fired, exit the journey immediately.
    Set the journey exit
You can create a custom trigger to exit the journey.
