Scoring of fields that contain data

Posted on by 2

How can I add a scoring expression that says that a lead should be scored because a field is not empty.

Example: score the field last name if the is any data in it

It seems that there has to be always a value to be scored.

    Hi Cornelia,

You cannot set this for a blank value today.  However that seems like a great idea for a feature, so please visit the Dynamics 365 for Marketing Ideas portal and add the idea.  Our PMs regularly review and community voting does impact roadmaps.  One workaround you might think of is to have a workflow set an odd value in the field on the lead if it is blank and then have the Lead Score look for that specific value in the expression.

    Thanks,

    Megan
