Merging a Rich Text to Microsoft Word do merge plain text in a result document

Hello,

I've a field description with a rich text content in Dynamics CRM Contact form. 

When I make a merge with Microsoft Word throught template, field description in a document result is in plain text.

Do you know what way is possible print a Rich Text in a generate Microsoft Word document (avoid Dynamics Docs) ???
