Steps after refreshing the data entity list

Hello community,

I've added a new field to one of our custom data entities and I'm figuring out the next steps. I’ve read that I might need to republish and then export to my database. However, since the new field is already visible, I'm not sure if these steps are necessary. Could anyone offer advice on best practices in this scenario?
