error/warning comes while importing xpo from development machine to Live server.
No error in DP class, query, contract class, tmp table.

Error found when compiling VS file of report.

my development machine is having VS2010 and there is no error at all, while Live server is not having VS2010.

as far as my understanding copying folder "V4.0" to the LIVE server provides all necessary assemblies, references and .NET framework for the XPO or VS file of Report.

    Solution:

After a lot of search and test work, I finally solved this problem.

    Scenario:

It turns out that, on Server 2012, there is no reference Assemblies V4.0  under C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework.

There is only V4.5, that's why, it keeps warning me "The reference assemblies for framework ".NETFramework,Version=v4.0" were not found."

    Solution:

Just copy this folder from my local PC to that server, rebuild the project and those warnings are gone.

Thank you very much for sharing the valuable input.

Providing context of question is very helpful. No genius can understand from your question and answer that 'how issue was raised', 'what are the steps to reproduce issue'.

was it at time of deploying report or doing something else. what was your version of ax, what was version of visual studio.

Providing such information is healthy for community.
