    Hi,

Please following the next steps to enable the button.

    • Open the Sales Hub app.
    • Navigate to App Settings > General Settings > Overview > Convert to PDF and click the Manage.

    • Find the entity for which you'd like to enable the "Export to PDF" feature. For example, the "Custom" entity.

After saving the change, you can see the button shown in the form of the "Custom" entity.

    Hi,

You could try to remove the entity from the App Designer and re-add it.

Or import Ribbon Workbench to check if there is any customization on the buttons of the entity.

I have issues getting the Export to PDF button visible.

I have added it via the Sales Hub app settings for Opportunity.

I have also tried to remove and re-add the Opportunity from the App.

But still not visible in the ribbon. Any further suggestions?
