NAV 2015 : Unable to connect to NAV Service

Hi,

I am unable to connect to NAV service.  I am using a tenant architecture.  Initially, it was working.  After changing the IP address of the server, some of the clients are unable to connect.  All the client computers are in the domain and I am using Windows authentication.  I am getting the below error:-

A server was not found at "net.tcp://xxxxxxxx:7046/Dynamicsnav80/Service". Either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available.

Surprisingly, it works while using WIFI but not in LAN.

Any idea?

Hi Mahesh, I thinks you have an DNS problem/routing problem,. So check the DNS/IP settings on the server

Firewall rules are ok isn’t it? If so, this is a typical DNS error. Are you able to ping the server with the IP and the name? Does it work by using the IP instead of the server name?
