I would like to know if anybody knows if Microsoft is planning to deploy a function for tagging records, such as opportunities, in dynamics 365. I found a link on microsoft learn regarding a tagging feature in dynamics Customer insights; Work with tags and columns - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn.
I find that this would be a useful feature in other apps aswell since this is a very familiar interaction for all users who have outlook for instance. If anyone have some information on this feature and if it is extending to sales that would be great. Thanks in advance.
