How to create a Plug in which should trigger on pre-update of room entity(custom entity)

if either one of the fields (Full Name, Mobile, Email) gets updated in a record,

I need to update these same details into the Contact entity.

if there is a lookup pointing to Contact inside your custom entity, you can just create a classic workflow instead of a plugin to update the details of the contact
