How can I add Note to an Invoice? Viewed while looking at the account transaction screen?

    Within the account transaction screen, find the specific transaction that represents the invoice you want to add a note to. This might involve clicking on the transaction or finding an invoice number associated with it.
    Once you've identified the invoice within the transaction screen, see if there's a dedicated button or menu option for adding notes. This might be labeled "Add Note," "Notes," or something similar. It could be displayed next to the invoice details, at the bottom of the screen, or within a dropdown menu. uno online
    Clicking the "Add Note" option should bring up a text field where you can type your note regarding the invoice. This note might be visible to you and your internal team or, depending on the software settings, it could potentially be printed on the invoice sent to the customer.
