How Best to Migrate old Outbound Subscription Center to Real-Time Preference Center

Hi,
 
I have a number of outbound marketing campaigns that have been sent out with Outbound Marketing that have a subscription center attached to them.
 
I have created a new preference center in real-time marketing (looks the same).
 
For previously sent out outbound marketing campaigns, if a user clicks unbsubscribe, is there a way to automatically redirect them to the real-time preference center?
 
The only scenario this would apply to is for older outbound marketing campaigns. that had been sent out before we went online with our new real-time marketing center.
 
The only way I can figure out how to do this is to do a form redirect (via code) at the top - not sure if that is possible (i.e., if the form will know and understand the context of the user.

    Hi,
     
    The Preference Center is a special type of marketing form that does not have a publishing option to provide embedded scripts.
     
    The context Id in the preference center URL is all randomly generated and identifies the customer's information based on the context Id.
    Therefore, you cannot redirect to a specific preference center URL by redirecting to it.

     
     
     
    You can refer to the following documentation to learn about using the Subscription Center in real-time journeys until you are ready to transition to real-time journeys.
