Setting night shift hours for a resource

Hi,

Hopefully a simple question. Our client team works 24/7 and therefore users work in morning, afternoon and night shifts.

I have been able to set morning and afternoon working hours for users however unable to set night shift hours such as 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. I wonder how we can set this for the resource?

Hi Umer,

It's impossible to set night shift hours directly for a resource from UI because in FS work hours are set within a day. However, you can achieve this by dividing a continuous shift to two parts in two days. For example, 10:00am - 12:00am on Monday to Friday and 12:00am - 6:00am on Tuesday to Saturday. And make them repeat daily.

Or you may find some customized ways.
