Help Pane Coachmark doesn't work properly

I have a problem with my help panes. I can insert coachmarks, but since wave 2 has been released it doesnt show me on hover over where the coachmark will be placed.
This means it's extremely tedious and nearly impossible to use the functionality. I have tried multiple environments and I have tried Chrome and Microsoft Edge for bowsers.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix it? The help panes are an important part of the solution.

You are right, Power Platform and Dynamics is sort of a blur for me nowadays. But it is not canvas app or anything, so I should be at least on Dynamics 365 I think.
