Acceptance of multiple lines from different Vendors in RFQ

Hi All,
 
Can someone please explain which configuration needed to be able to accept multiple lines from different Vendors in RFQ in D365 F&O?Currently, when select multiple lines from different vendors, it accepts only one line (which has lower qyt)
