Hi,
I have a user who is having some problems uploading a new email template. She gets the error "You do not have prvCreateDocumentTemplate permission to access Document Template records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for help.":
One of her security roles is "Sales Manager" and currently this role has the following access for the "Email Template" table:
The role also has the Publish Email Templates and Publish Mail Merge Templates to Organization" set to green:
I was wondering what other setting do I need to change to allow her to upload the email template? She's also assigned other security roles. If these security roles have different settings for these values, would they override the access provided by the "Sales Manager" role?
