Opportunities and Deal Tracker

When I am in the Opportunity Table, and select the All Opportunities view, I see the Deal Tracker with the predictive opportunity score bubbles.  However, when I am looking at the /My Open Opportunities/ I get the below, even though I have open opportunities showing in the grid that shows up below the Deal Tracker.  Why is my Deal Tracker not showing anything?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

In my testing, my Deal Tracker chart will only show opportunities where the Est Close Date is not empty.

If the Est Close Date of all the opportunities is null, nothing will be displayed.
You can check the settings of the chart in the following settings.

    Then for the metrics Pipeline Value and Number of deals in pipeline, you can check their filter conditions to find out why their values are N/A and 0;

    HI @Dengliang Li

I see the below.  There is data in the top header, so it sees that I have records, yet the Deal Tracker shows nothing. I also have 138 records in the list view below the chart and they all have Est. Close Data value showing.

Pipeline value is being filtered on Status = Open or Won and summing up the Est. Revenue field
Number of deals in pipeline is filtering on Status Reason = In Progress and Aggregation function is Count
Won Amount is filtering on Status = Won and Summing up the Actual Revenue field
Number of won deals is filtering on Status = Won and Aggregation function is Count
Lost amount is filtering on Status = Lost and is Summing up the Est. Revenue field
Number of lost deals is filtering on Status = Lost and Aggregation function is Count

So why would the display show nothing?

    Hi,

What field is the horizontal axis of your Deal Tracker based on?
Deal Tracker will only show you the opportunity records that have a value in the horizontal axis field.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
