Dynamics CRM App for Outlook issue while connecting to exchange.

Hello All Experts,

Every time i am getting the error when i am clicking the button of the Dynamics 365 from the outlook.

"Cannot connect to the Exchange

can anyone help me resolving this .

i have check from the Outlook from web it's working from there.

but from the Outlook it's coming across that issue.

    If your D365 is on a v9 version, make sure the D365 For Outlook version is v9 too - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56972

    Sometimes the system version update would also cause this issue.

    Yes we had this exact problem. The D365 for outlook app uses, believe it or not, Internet Explorer Settings configuration. Even on Windows 10 it does this. Crazy right? So what you need to do is to reset the IE settings to their defaults. This is documented at docs.microsoft.com/.../software-requirements but it does not say you need to reset to the defaults.
