Strange one this...
I am using Dynamics 365 online. I have done this same process literally 1000 times and never had any issues.
Desperate for some help on this. Does anyone know what might be causing the issue or how to resolve?

I have spoken with Microsoft and their technical team directly investigated our instance this is their reply..
This is a known issue and relates to the batching feature. The batching feature will be disabled in 7.4 (4th of August), unblocking the customer, and fixed in 8.4 (a month later).
In the meantime, you can use the option "Add selected only" and select every available contacts.
Not a fix but notification of when it should start working again.

I am getting this issue across all browsers and all users, which indicates to me that the problem is either with the data or the system.

Thanks for the response.
I am filtering contacts using does "Email" Contain Data.
The list has a large number of members therefore I am adding contacts direct within the Marketing List.
I have also conducted a number of other searches using separate criteria like "Owner" and it still fails.
I have cleared the cookies / cache and still no joy.
Version 1710 (9.1.0.6625) online
Browser Chrome 75 (64-bit)
I get the same problem using Microsoft EdgeHTML 17.17134

What's your criteria to filter out contacts with valid email in CRM?
I filtered them with "Email field contains @".
At beginning, I filtered all eligible contacts in All Contacts view.
Then I still filtered these contacts with same criteria in dynamic marketing list.
Similarly, 155 contacts were filtered out and being selected as previous step.
Finally all eligible contacts were added into the marketing list after saving window close.
My environment:
Version: 9.1.0000.6228
Browser: Chrome 75 (64-bit)
Please clear cache and try to close other programmes and work with only one tab open for test again. (I only ran Chrome and opened one tab for CRM website)
In addition, does this issue still occur whenever you try to add contacts?
