On-premise Portals with Dynamics 365 Online

Hello All,

I need to understand what challenges that can come under On-premise portals with Dynamics 365 online.

Actually I have Portal Online configuration already but now we have our own On-premise portal.

I have questions

Like if
1. I want to migrate Portal Online configuration. Will that the same portal configuration will work if On-premise portal is in place?
2. Will there be any problem when Portal user(contact/user in D365 online) wants to login into Portal?

Please help in this regard
