in load screen, i did everythink that i have to. At least i think like that. but after than, when i checked freight bill details screen, i didnt see anythink.
i spent a lot of time on this topic. i tried everything, i searched a lot of but i didnt.
In addition to, in Shipping Carriers page, we have to check "Activate Carrier Rating". It should be "yes".
after than you can see Freight Bill Details.
