Hi ,
I added a new Custom field "customfield" in the database log setup for Customers to track updates, . I updated "customfield", but when I go to Database Log for this customer I don't see any log related to this field. The fields that we have added earlier are all working and writing the logs. It's just the new field that I added is causing the problem. MS said that since it's a custom field it causing the issue.
Here are the steps I followed
Go to Customers
edit
Update the "customfield" field.
Save to save the change then access to the Database log from the record through action pane on the customer record or list page select Option > Record info.
Check the logs.
Any help is appreciated.
