Arabic language package with duplicate record error

Hi,

I am seeking for your help on the below issue after installing Dynamics CRM 365 v9 on-premise. I am trying to enable the Arabic language package but I got the below error, please advise

"Duplicate Record

A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record be created "

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: Cannot insert duplicate key exception when executing non-query: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand Exception: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'cndx_PrimaryKey_Report'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ReportBase'. The duplicate key value is (dfc58ace-1d43-e911-a2c9-005056ad3ae3, 0, Mar 10 2019 10:18AM).

    Many thanks for your help, my issue is resolved once the hotfix is installed.

    Good day Islam Ramadan,
    This is a know issue that when customer may met the 'Duplicate Record' issue when install language package at Dynamics365 V9 OP environment. 

    Error Details like the below: 

    Microsoft.Crm.BusinessEntities.CrmDuplicateRecordException: Cannot insert duplicate key exception when executing non-query...

    Currently I would suggest you to post a ticket for this issue and support engineer would give you a COD hotfix (must older than V9.0.2.3041) which is based on your D365 Server basic package language. Or you could contact me by private mail while I only have hotfix based on basic English and Chinese package.
