Custom Workflow Work item ID link not working

Hello All,

I have a custom work flow when workflow goes for approval to assigned user in his work item assigned to me area it comes like this.

after clicking on link

When user click on this ID column document link , it opens the whole list page for the custom forms , instead of opening the particular form (OCN). In my header table i have defined title field only OCN Number , still this link doesnt work properly , please advise.

Hi Sachin,

What form pattern have you used for your custom OCN form? Is it e.g. Details master or Transaction master? With at least one of these two patterns, the application is aware of a Details and a Grid view.

Hello Andre,

Thanks for looking into this , My form pattern is Details Master. In my case document field of 'WorkflowTrackingStatusTable' is reading from title field of header table. the issue is with re directing to the record , which is not happening correctly

Hi ntorres,

If none of them works, as a workaround you can get the caller menu item - Based on the caller menu item name get the caller record and add that as a range to your custom form.
