As of 5/6/2019 - In Dynamics 365 government instance - Audit History not displaying on entity forms under related - common.
How can users see the audit history ?
Hi partner,
You could also go to Settings->Auditing->Audit summary view to see your auditing logs.
The prerequisite is that you must enable the auditing for this entity.
Hope it helps.

Leo
Hi,
Ensure that the Auditing is enabled for the said entity-

Hope this helps.
Hi team, auditing is enabled , Audit History was showing when we opened a custom entity record and go to related - common. Now, it not longer shows even for administrator users. Is this a bug in the government instance as of a service release 5/6/2019?
Even the user permissions say that they can view audit history...
The audit history works well in my instance, did you do some actions after then or they just couldn't be shown suddenly?
