'Customer Service Hub' portal's case miss the 'portal comment' feature

'Customer Service Hub' portal 's case is missing the 'portal comment' feature under 'TIMELINE' add button. This missing feature has been few weeks.

If we use the default CRM portal, this 'portal comment' button works normally there under "activities".

Is there anyone met the same issue

    Hi Beak,

    This an known issue which is confirmed from MS that there's an issue that 'Update of portal to 9.0.6.1 still does not prefill the “To:” field in Portal Comment'

    So the portal comment function is disabled from CRM Portal currently until the new patch release as I know from MS.

    You could also refer to the Bug id:1228426 to contact MS for the release following up.
