Difference AP aging report VS AP GL account (prepayment issue)

HI,

We are having an issue with a posted prepayment from the past. The prepayment (see voucher number BPZ-150135) is posted to subledger AP. However the Voucher / general has zero transactions in it when i click on the voucher number and therefor can't be reversed within D365. It is currently causing a difference between our AP aging and GL AP. I can't reverse the voucher and can't reverse the prepayment as that is already posted (2023 voucher posting) I can't book a journal entry to correct this as that will also impact GL AP. data log is not giving me any information in regards to the history of the entry. Anyone any ideas how we can fix this?

Hi,

Please create a support ticket to get this checked if MS already have a script to correct this entry.
