Translation in section 1 disappears

Hi, 
 
I have created a customer voice survey that we are translating to several languages. All translation works fine except for the text in section 1 when you first open the survey. When I translate the this part it works for a short while before the different translated texts converts back to the default language again. The rest of the survey questions remain translated.
 
This only happens for the intro text in section 1. Have anyone seen this problem before and have a solution for us? 
 
Grateful for any help on the subject!

    I have the same issue with 2 translated surveys. I have 1 survey translated 10 times and all translation works fine except for the text in section 1 when you first open the survey. When I translate the this part it works for a short while before the different translated texts converts back to the default language again. The rest of the survey questions remain translated.
    Do you find any solution to this issue please ?

    I find a workaround in downloading all translation, enter the missing fields manually, then upload it again. Be carefull to enter all cells or delete useless lines before to upload the new file.
