Hi,
I have a customer that has purchased Dyn365ForSales and Dyn365ForCustmrSrvc licenses. The have a local deployment. They are asking how to apply a license to an user that needs Sales and Customer Service functionality?

That answer is for the online version My customer has the on-premise version.
