Creating a connection between Power BI and our D365 Customer Insights Environment

Hello,
 
We are just getting started using Power BI with our Marketing team, who is using D365 Customer Insights. However, when trying to establish a connection to it in Power BI, nothing populates. Did I miss a step? What do I need to do in order to get this working correctly?
