Power Platform Admin - Testing and enabling mailboxes for CRM

Hi all, it seems that in the power platform admin center, when you have set up a new user and provided the security roles, when you approve the mailbox and test and approve the mailbox, this functionality only works in the classic admin. I could not even find the new user in the list by the search bar in the power platform admin center?  Does anyone else have this same issue? Maybe a bug? It never worked this way previously when setting up new users in Dynamics.

    This currently has to be done from the classic admin area.

    You can try adding users to the environment manually. The user needs to fulfill the conditions in the following image.
    You can also refresh to show new users.
