Announcements
Hi,
Today a customer asked why his scans won't do as well as they should do. Everything he explained in his situation sounds good and it looks like the anchor just doesn't work that good. I was wondering if there is a possibility to reconfigure a QR code anchor in Guides.
Hope some of you can help me out.
Kind Regards,
Ruben.
I am not sure what you mean by reconfigure the QR Code as its content is static.
I would suggest to inspect the QR code print and search for any visual interference (reflection if glossy, scratch, wearing, abrupt shadow/lighting...)
However if you decide to print it again on another location or different size or different orientation, you will have to realign manually all 3D elements.
QR codes can sometimes be challenging to scan due to a variety of conditions such as lighting and reflections. Some best practices are described here: docs.microsoft.com/.../pc-app-anchor-qr-code
