Hi All,

I've a question, i want to store the d365fo data entity record to azure data storage. How would i do that?

I've go through some documents and found that first need to create an account on azure then create a storage account, after that select your storage components. Correct me if i'm wrong. and confuse how would i map the data entity to data storage, whether to provide a data entity url or something else.

any suggestion?

Regards,
Zohaib Shahid

there many integration patterns  and strategies

first, go here and just have a look at available options:docs.microsoft.com/.../integration-overview

then follow this thread to get more information :

    community.dynamics.com/.../data-transfer-from-d365-fo-to-azure-blob-storage.

at last go through this: www.linkedin.com/.../

    Hi zohan_ax,

You could try to use LogicApps, which have connectors to both Azure storage and D365FO.

    medium.com/.../logic-app-integration-with-d365-f-o-524ac4909f0

    Hope this helps.

    Hi zohan_ax,

Then you can try table Service REST API.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../table-service-rest-api

And please check the sample code in C#:

    github.com/.../AzureTablesRestDemo

    Hi Zohaib,

    there are multiple options:   docs.microsoft.com/.../integration-overview

or you can use BYOD feature to Azure data base:  docs.microsoft.com/.../export-entities-to-your-own-database

also there is a preview feature : docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-export-data-lake
