Merge accounts - Error message : Duplicate Record

Hi,

I have a problem with merging 2 accounts, I get this error message:

"Duplicate Record

A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again."

I use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales on-premise 8.2. I am system admin.

Could someone help me please?

    Hi,

    Don't you have more accounts with that exact values? It seems that other accounts, besides those two you are merging, exist in the system with the same unique values has the one you are merging. You should check if an account with the same name, email, etc exists.

    Thanks Erhan, unfortunately I have no alternate key for Accounts

    I have no other account with the same name email etc...

    I also check duplicate rules, none of them are published
