Hi. I am trying to add edit the current "constituent types" that we have to choose from, but I cannot find where that feature lives. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hello,
just found this request from some time ago. And I would assume you have found an answer already. Nevertheless let me answer with a pointer here:
The entities Contact & Account have a field named 'customertypecode' and display name "Relationship Type". This is an option set field that you can customize with your own values for each of the two entities separately. For the contact you will find a set of out of the box values, like "Competitor", "Consultant", etc.
You can add this field to your forms as needed, maintain your constituent in that field and use dynamic lists and other means to maintain your groups of contacts.
And you will be able to transition this information into your segment building and marketing automations, if you move to using the new application Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
I hope this information helps anyone looking for constituent management in Dynamics 365.
