Hello everyone,

I am trying to receive a transfer order using mobile device. I have used transfer order item receiving menu item for this purpose.

There is a single item with 2 qty in my transfer order. This item is tracked by serial number (standard) and device number (third-party solution).

When I try to receive item using mobile device, it won't let me receive more than one items. And even if I receive the items one by one, it creates multiple work (1 work each time).

Could someone please tell how to receive more than one qty at the same time?

Hi ,is there any one know which hot-fix includes the Mixed license plate receiving for transfer in AX 2012 R3 ?

Hi Anurag Nagarkoti,

No I didn't created an serial number controlled item while I posted my first screenshot on this thread. You dont need to select individual serial number while receiving and whatever is inside the license plate will be received in one go.

I am shipping my item OXOLLOXO 11 for 4 pcs and is serial number controlled. below I packed them in one license plate.

Now in the receiving warehouse i am receiving the packed license plate and i picked all 4 all at once and put them all in one go without having to enter any serial numbers.

Hi Anurag Nagarkoti,

I created a transfer order for which I completed the work for the picking. As the items are picked and put to the PACK location (Defined by me) I used shipment form to manually pack all these items in one license plate say LP-04.

Once the manual packing was done the shipment was confirmed and goods shipped and on the receiving warehouse used license plate receiving to receive the license plate packed in shipping warehouse i.e LP-04 in the mobile device and received all the items in one go.

Hi Sagar,

Did you enter serial number and batch number for each item individually while receiving OR did you receive all the items in transfer order by just entering the license plate?

I am using Mixed license plate receiving and I want to receive all the items at one go, without scanning serial number each time.

Hi Sagar,

Can you please tell me how did you pack the items at the shipping location. I made a purchase order/transfer order to ship the items. I confirmed the purchase order and registered the items on a license plate. But when I try to receive the items using license plate receiving, it is giving me an error: -

-> The license plate is not valid.

I am not using ASN. There is a menu item LP item receiving (without put-away). I can use this for my requirement but above error is generated. Do I have to specify an empty license plate or a license plate that does not exist (like in Mixed license plate receiving )to achieve this?

Hi Guy,

I am making a transfer order to transfer the items from Warehouse A (Non-WHS) -> Warehouse B (WHS).

In this also, I am not able to receive 2 quantity of a single serially controlled item at once. When I try to enter 2 qty, it gives an error that the quantity is not valid. I am using Mixed license plate receiving.

No. You cannot use Mixed license plate receiving to receive an LP that was shipped using warehouse processes.

You just need to provide it with a License plate id that doesn't already exist, or which is empty.

Did you develop a new receipt process using License plate or without it?

What are the classes that you use?
