Cannot track certain emails via the Outlook plugin

Good Afternoon,

We are having a very irritating issue in which the Outlook plugin (the old one) will let people track several emails then they come across one that just refuses to track. There seems to be absolutely no pattern at all and it happens to different staff members, all of which have different levels of security.

The error message reads 'You do not have permission to access these records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator. Item Name = (then subject of email)'

Since the users are able to track all other emails - I can't understand why some emails are throwing up problems. I got one of our users to run a diagnostic and the only error time it errored it had a code: '3539368465' if that helps.

Please advise.
