Customer Journey from Accounts entity

Posted on by 10

Hi,

We have a requirment to build a customer journey directly from an account entity that has no associated contacts. For the purpose of creating the customer journey, account entities contain a field for the email address that we want to use.

I attempted to provide an account while creating a segment, but it always prompts me to choose a linked contact.

In the Customer Journey wizard, I also tried to build a marketing list using accounts, but that didn't show up in the list of segments.

Any assistance would be greatly valued.

Thanks in adance.

    Hi partner,

The reason why it always prompts you to choose a linked contact because Account-based marketing still targets Contacts , Like all types of segments, the segments you create for Account-based  must resolve to a collection of contacts.
