Access to the Dynamics Insider Program

Hi,
 
I requested to join the Dynamics Insider Program a few weeks ago and haven't received an answer, yet?
Can you please check the status of my application and let me know how long it will take approximately to get approval?

    I'm confused, I don't want to join the Microsoft 365 insider program, but the Dynamics 365 insider program (Insider (dynamics.com). I don't think that is the same?
