Need Lead Scoring Model to only affect Leads that are over a year old

Hi all, I'm looking to create a lead scoring model that helps drive the removal of Contacts to stay under a marketing tier. 
They want to give a negative score to Leads that have not opened any email, but they do not want to apply this to new Leads, only Leads that are over a year old and haven't opened an email.
Has anyone had a similar request before?

    Hi,
     
    Our team analyzed your requirements and after our testing we found that if you are using Lead Score Model , you can add the attribute Select Target Object Groups when creating Lead Score Model.

    Hi Rudy, thanks for the response. I'm unable to see those options of selecting a target audience.
    This is what i see when i create a new Scoring Model.
    Is there something that has to be enabled before I see the options that you're team is getting?
