I would like you suggest the solution to cancel the Transfer Order when perform its tatus is "Shipped", and this Transfer Order connected with WMS for D365 F&O.

Kindly suggest the appropriated solution and thanks for your question.

Cancel the Transfer Order when its status is "Shipped"

No. This is not possible. Only solution would be to Receive it and create a new transfer in the other direction, returning the items to their 'From' warehouse.
